Look to the left and you view the island known as Isla Bonita and the entrance to the estuarine waterways of the Custodio Ecological Preserve that await your visit. Here thousands of resident and migratory birds line the waterways and extensive mangrove marshes and mudflats. |

The Platanitos surf break is directly below Villa Exotica, with both a point and a beach break to take advantage of differing swell directions. You can watch the surf build as you relax on the deck of the villa. |

Although the ocean and beach is but a few steps away, your accommodations are enhanced by the availability of one of the most beautiful pools imaginable, situated beneath the great fig tree, and with views from Punta Mita to San Blas. |

The community pool is HUGE with winding curves around natural rocks as a backdrop to tropical gardens. The pool features a shallow end for children, a deep end where you can dive, a built in bench so you sit in the water and visit, and a channel into a smaller pool where you can look down the beach to the South. |

Villa Exotica features a master bedroom on the second story in the canopy of the trees, with picture windows with built-in window seats overlooking the ocean, air conditioning, double shower. The guest room is on the first floor for complete privacy and separation. In the large kitchen/great room there is sit down dining for 8 people. On the deck overlooking the beach there is outside dining, and a large area with lounges for sunning. Rental rates start at $1200 per week.
To reserve, we require a deposit of 50%.
Final payment for the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
