Whether alone with your book or your thoughts, or sharing the view with family, friend, or lover, you will never tire of the views of beach and cliff, surf and swells, or activities on the water. Each villa provides its own private places, and the common areas were laid out to highlight the different views and activities.

Vast gardens surround the ample pool area, where the ancient fig tree provides a beautiful backdrop and often is filled with parrots bickering over the harvest. There is always shade and sun, and each week bring new colors from the tropical plants and flowers. |

The 12 miles of Custodio Beach are accessible for long walks on beautiful white sand. A narrow tidal channel separates the villas from the beach. During the winter months it is less than 3 feet deep at low tide, or a short swim or paddle when the tide is high. |
The surf is yours for the taking -
The surf breaking off Punta El Custodio is ideal for beginner or expert, for surfboard, kayak, boogie, or body surfing. There is no undertow and it is a shallow shelf. Boogie boards are provided. Kayaks are available for the experienced. Bring your own surfboard. Snorkeling around the point is excellent on calm water days.

Visit the quaint fishing village of Platanitos -

The tiny bay of Platanitos is only a 10 minute walk from your villa, and is a weekend hangout for the locals. If nothing else, you will enjoy mingling with the natives, sipping a beer under the thatched roof, and watching the kids frolic in the waves. On Sunday we all come here for their famous "pescado sarandeado" or fish grilled slowly over a harwood fire. |
