The perfect beach for your fantasy ride!

We leave after breakfast and drive into the beach from Otates, approximately half hour drive.

The horses await us. The beach is perfect. Even those with no horse experience can enjoy this with fun and excitement. There will be two guides, one Vaquero with the horses and the driver, Mona will help with the others. This is a very popular trip and there are usually 8 people, so there will be 10 horses. The horse guide will help those who want slower horses or faster horses decide on a perfect match.

The horses are beautiful and lively but well trained and ridden a lot so they will go and gallop or they will keep a steady walk or trot. We have taken young children, and wild teenagers who just wanted to run for it. It takes about  half an hour to ride the 2.5 miles down to the "boca" which is the mouth of the estero. The sand and water could not be more perfect or safe for such an awesome ride. It is the perfect length of time and distance, so the fantasy is fulfilled about the time you are ready for a cold beer and your butt is sore from the return ride.

Back to the famous cooler with ice and cold beer, pop, juices, water, fruit and snacks. Not too much because we will be returning to a full meal in time for "comida", fabulous food prepared by our hard working cooks that strive to keep everyone happy and full. Then there is the whole afternoon to swim, sit by the pool and read, siesta, tan, and just "be". Another good sleep after a wonderful trip that is only dreamed about by most people.
