Rates are based on 7 nights. Check-in 2PM, Check-out 11AM. Food packages are additional at a rate of $150USD per person per week. Look over our MENU. Children under 12 are half-price. Excursions are a la carte.
To reserve, we require a deposit of 50% of villa rental and food package.
Final payment for the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy - 90% refund of deposit if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival, 60% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. Also consider the purchase of a VACATION CANCELLATION POLICY.
