Living in the Jungle Camopy

The "Chalata" is the great fig that spreads it's canopy over the elevated deck of the newest villa on Punta El Custodio. Tall enough not to obstruct the views of the ocean, yet giving shade where needed, the villa's masonry buttresses mimic the tree's supportive structure. |

The spacious deck space upstairs provides ocean views, a built in barbecue and space to relax, lounge, and entertain. Shade from the great "chalata" tree and mile breezes offer a relaxing and private space. |

The use of shell cantera tile throughout all the bathroooms and unique freestanding stone sinks and spigots add that extra colonial spanish flavor to a well appointed interior. Both master suites have luxurious king size beds and the entire downstairs area has central air conditioning. |

The downstairs also has a den, which is furnished sleeping couches for two, perfect to accommodate those overflow guests or children, and is great for getting away from the parties upstairs to get in some reading and relaxation, or watching TV. Satellite service is provided. |
