        Suspended above the estuary channel, Villa Sonrisa offers views of the surf break, the 12 mile Custodio beach, and the entrance to the wildlife area of the Custodio estuary.

          With three full bedrooms and a den, Villa Sonrisa can accommodate your family and friends on their tropical adventure vacation.

        The multilevel deck area which faces the water has a built in dipping pool and space for lounging, reading, taking a siesta or sipping on that afternoon margarita.

      The comfortable living area can be left completely open to the ocean breezes, or closed down off by wide French doors.

       Appointed with Mexican art and comfortable furnishings - a perfect place to host some friends or enjoy a late evening game with the family.

 

      The modern kitchen provides the space for your personal cook to prepare those special meals which will bring you in touch with the classical and wholesome Mexican cuisine.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

              Rates are based on 7 nights. Check-in 2PM, Check-out 11AM. Food packages are additional at a rate of $150USD per person per week.  Look over our MENU. Children under 12 are half-price. Excursions are a la carte. 

To reserve, we require a deposit of 50% of villa rental and food package.

 Final payment for the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
